We use your information to create your personalized song, process payments, send order confirmations and song-ready notifications, improve our service, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV on our servers. Stripe's security practices comply with PCI-DSS standards.
4. Song Content & Data
The stories, names, and details you provide are used solely to create your personalized song. Song pages are accessible via unique, private links. We do not publicly share your song content without your consent.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), session management, and improving your experience. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your order data and song files so you can access your songs at any time. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us and we will remove your information within 30 days.
